With both July 1 and July 4 upon us in Canada and the United States, both countries are celebrating their country, their citizenship, their freedom. Praise God for two amazing and free countries! Praise God for free speech and freedom of religion! Praise God that Canada and the United States are side by side and have each other in this world. It is not always that one side of the border or the other side of the border realizes how much a blessing it is to be separated by only a small strip of 'border' to separate the countries, cultures, politics and most importantly -- the people. We all, of both countries, celebrate the same freedoms and the same hurts. We all love and serve the same God, regardless of who is in political power in each of the countries.
We are free to choose, free to love, free to move, free to believe, free to speak. We are also free to lose, free to make mistakes, free to choose wrong, free to hate, free to destroy and free to live in division and chaos.
We are free to believe the best in other people and are free to love people as the 'imperfect beings' that each of us is. We are free to forgive and to look past idiosyncracies that drive us crazy. We are free to choose peace and harmony and grace and mercy toward others.
We are free to fight -- and to choose what we are fighting for. We are free to fight against injustice and to make a difference in the world around us -- within our own countries in North America and within countries that are NOT free to fight for their own lives.
We are free to choose God. And to choose His way, His plan, His purposes for our country, our city, our neighborhood, and our family. We are free to say that "God is the way!" and others are free to accept that thinking or walk away from it.
We are free to walk out our 'freedom in Christ'... making the hard choices, walking the narrow road and working things out when all we want to do is hide. We are free. You are free!
Celebrate your freedom by LIVING FREE! You have freedom -- choose it! You have freedom -- live like you are free! And pass on your freedom to others... pray for them, encourage them, hold their hand and carry them when necessary! Help others to freedom too.
John 8:36 - "If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed."
Philippians 4:13 - "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me."
John 16:33 - "These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world."

Freedom is Being Released and REALIZED!

I know that there are so many in the Body of Christ right now that have been waiting for, praying for, fasting for, fighting for, and contending for FREEDOM in their lives as a Christian.
Trials over the last year especially have brought to my mind almost constantly that we are meant to be free, created to be free. God wants us to experience FREEDOM. Why then, has it not been realized (lived out) this last season of our lives?
Why can we see the land of freedom we are meant to inhabit and yet be still so much a slave?
It has felt as if I am sitting on the opposite shore in shackles, staring wistfully at the “free land”, knowing we are meant to be there, wanting it more than anything, hearing God saying it is meant to be ours to take and inhabit... and yet nothing I do seems to get me any closer.
Discouragement has almost drowned the Body of Christ – and especially the prophets.
We have begun to doubt so many things about our lives, our choices and actions, our relationships, and even our identities.
Who we know we are in Christ has not been lining up with the way our lives have been playing out. A+B has not equalled C over the last year or two. It has seemed that A+B have been taken out of the alphabet and replaced with new letters that have never been seen before, and we have been trying to figure out how to incorporate them into our language.
I believe that the Lord is saying that a new language, a new sound, is being released over the prophets. The new A+B are part of the new prophetic language that opens the doors to our FREEDOM to our destinies this year!
This freedom is new to us not just because have been shackled the last year or two, but also because it’s a brand new freedom that we’ve never experienced before! This level of freedom comes with answers to prayers that have been prayed for generations back. What is being released is not just your own individual freedom, but freedom for your entire being, your family, for generations back, releasing answers to prayer, breakthrough, healing, reconciliation, salvation, joy and peace like you have never seen or experienced before ever!
The earth has never heard this new sound or seen glory manifestation like is being released in 2010!
FREEDOM! Wow, is it ever time for the Body of Christ to experience freedom. BRING IT IN, LORD!

Worship at Night

Extol the Lord our God and worship at His footstool! Holy is He! Psalm 99: 5
For a week now I have awoke during the night and again in the morning with worship songs going over and over in my head. Each night is a different song, but each one is about the greatness of God, how much in love with us He is, and the breakthroughs that are coming.
Waking up with worship songs in my head has been an amazing change for me this last week, because a spirit of expectancy in the Lord has come with it. I am waking up truly excited to get out of bed and start a new day and see what God is going to do!
It has been such a long, hard past season we have just come through. Never in my life have I been in such a tight situation that is ALL GOD. I have been in man-made tight spots that have been the result of unwise choices and decisions, but this last season has been something totally different from that. Spring of 2009 I gave myself over to the Lord and said yes to three things He asked me:
Are you willing to follow me?
Are you willing to die to yourself for me?
Are you willing to trust me?
They seemed easy things to say yes to when the going was good. But I soon realized just how serious God is when He asks you direct questions and you answer Him. I had said yes to Him doing whatever He chose to do to change my life. And He’s been so faithful in continuing the process of renovation within me day after day after day no matter how many times I tell Him that I sure think I’ve had enough!
So, needless to say, my nights and mornings haven’t exactly been filled with joy about the day ahead. I’ve tried to get to that point, because I know it’s important to praise the Lord in all we do, in all seasons, in all circumstances. But it’s been a battle for me with how long this transition between last season and this new season has dragged on.
At the beginning of this past week, a friend told me (prophetically, I believe) that ‘breakthroughs are coming through worship’. And this week, things in my spirit changed! I am waking up in the middle of the night and again in the morning already praising God in my head with a joy-filled, expectant spirit that literally cannot wait to get the day started and wait on the Lord!
After the first few nights of it, I finally asked the Lord what had changed and why it is happening.
He very clearly repeated what my friend had said, that ‘breakthroughs are coming through worship’. And then He said that the night hours while I am asleep are the only hours that He has to be able to cause worship in my spirit, in order to cause breakthroughs in my life.
I speak this Word from God over everyone that is holding on for dear life from the tragedies, traumas, disappointments and unfulfilled promises of last season. I truly know how hard it has been because I have lived it. This new worship is GOD causing breakthroughs without us trying to figure it out, ‘do something about it’ or getting in His way!
He is CAUSING BREAKTHROUGH! It’s HIM causing it, HIM taking care of it, HIM bringing answers to prayer and HIM fulfilling promises.
Hold on, hold on, hold on! Don’t let go and don’t look away because HE IS BREAKING THROUGH!
Now therefore, our God, we thank thee, and praise thy glorious name. 1 Chr 29:13

Backed-Up Dam of Prophecies
The Lord wants to alert the prophets that the enemy of our souls is doing everything he can to keep prophetic words put away and hidden.
Last night in a dream I saw a huge amount of space that I knew in my dream should have been filled and overflowing with prophetic words of encouragement, wisdom, revelation and God’s truths. Yet this space was almost completely empty, like a desert wasteland with no signs of life. Then my dream focus shifted to a tremendous dam so high I couldn’t see the top of it, and I supernaturally saw through the concrete of the dam and saw millions and millions of prophetic words all dammed up, crammed together behind this concrete. They were squished together and were being rendered ineffective by the very fact that they were not released.
I believe that the Lord wants to say that right now we must do whatever it takes to keep pushing through and to deliver the prophetic words that the Lord gives us.
Satan is keeping the prophets (not only the prophets, but this dream was directed at the prophets of the Kingdom of God) in turmoil, in chaos and in crises to keep the prophetic words from being released. He is trying to affect the seeing, the hearing, the dreaming, and in particular the SPEAKING of these prophetic words so that they are not heard by the Body of Christ.
Prophets, RISE UP and STAY STRONG! Whatever it takes right now for you to ignore the chaos and the crises that seem to be in the forefront of your lives, DO IT. God has WORDS and VISIONS and REVELATIONS that He needs for you to SPEAK OUT!
Don’t allow the enemy to steal our prophetic words. Don’t allow him to stop the flow of the prophetic that the Lord wants momentum and power and strength behind. Don’t stop SPEAKING.
Wisdom is being released. Wise words of prophetic answers to prayer, creative miracles to release believers from bondage and hindrances holding them back, and the very Truth of God is being delivered into the eyes and ears and dreams and VOICES of the prophets!
The Lord says, SPEAK what I tell you to speak, prophets! DON’T GIVE UP! DON’T GIVE UP! I have the answers, I have the breakthroughs, I have the resources and the supply and miracles and the healing. I have it to give to you. SPEAK! SPEAK! Do not be afraid and DO NOT let the enemy keep your words silent.

Chuck Pierce says that we are in the beginning of the Hebraic Year of 5770 (2009-2010) , that the number "70" is linked with breaking out of captivity, and that this season of 70, or AYIN, means EYE.
In the year of the Eye, I believe that each of us that 'sees' what the Lord is doing in this completely new season has a responsibility to SPEAK and REPORT to the body of believers (and the entire world) as a whole so that God's prophetic words can be heard by all.
Mark 16:15 (NIV): He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation."
We pray for each of you that you find encouragement, answers, wisdom, discernment and truth in these revelations ahead. His words are our path, and we choose to follow so that we can lead.
